Coffee & Conversation at Perry's Joint

The NW ECHO Program would like to invite you to this month's Coffee and Conversation at Perry's Joint on Wednesday, October 20! This week we will joined again by Efrain Montes of the City of Pasadena's Human Services and Recreation Department. We will be discussing the development of the La Pintoresca Teen Educational Center.
Efrain is proposing to form two youth advisory boards to provide teens with the opportunity to have a voice in the operation of the center. We would like your input in the process of selecting representatives for these boards. This support could consist of referrals of youth from your programs, editing of the application form, or serving on the interview panel. In addition, Efrain will provide us with an update on the development of programming at the Center and how the City is using feedback from the youth focus groups and surveys to determine what services and activities to offer.
It would be very helpful to have your participation in this discussion as well! So please come next Wednesday to converse with Efrain about the youth advisory boards and programs for the site. Your involvement in this project is very much appreciated!
As a opportunity to strengthen the NW ECHO partnership, we come together on a regular basis to discuss issues that affect children and youth in our community and to identify ways in which we can work together for their benefit.
