Local political and business leaders rip into state’s $3 parking fine increase

Get ready to dig even deeper if you get caught parking illegally on the streets of Pasadena.
 
Due to what one city official called strong-arming by the Legislature, the Pasadena City Council on Nov. 8 agreed to raise parking infraction fees across the board by $3, beginning Dec. 8.
